Training & Certification


By training your staff they will gain confidence in using the system. In most organisations we find that even long serving staff have never had any formal training to use the system they are on. We find that training of staff can lead to great improvements in an organisations efficiency, and to the staffs enjoyment of using the system.

We offer two types of training. For training needs we would always recommend classroom training, however for once off or very specific training, we can provide mentoring for your staff.

Classroom training, which is based on a prescribed training manual, can deliver outcomes based on what the most common functions of the product are, or for advanced training, an in-depth understanding of the system and its functions. All classroom training will have expected outcomes which the students are expected to have learnt by the end of the course. These sessions can be held privately at your offices, assuming there is adequate equipment, or they can be held off-site for a small additional fee.

Mentoring is a more ad hoc approach to learning, where a consultant comes in and spends time with your staff, helping them to better understand a system, or to instruct them on how to operate specific functions.
